Summer Parents’ Day Out 


Tuesdays and Thursdays
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
June 25 - July 18
(no session on July 4)

Daily Cost:
$25 for the first child
$15 for each additional child

Children birth - 10 years are welcome
Please pack a lunch, food will not be provided

How to Register

Children must be registered for your chosen dates by Sunday, May 19.

Email the Dayspring office at with the following information:
- Name and ages of children participating
- Phone number
- Dates in which you would like to register

Complete the registration form below for each child participating.
This can be mailed to the church prior to the start of Parents’ Day Out or brought to the church on the first day.

How to Pay

Payment for Parents’ Day Out must be made by May 19. There are 2 convenient options for this to be done.

By Check

Checks should be made out the Dayspring Baptist Church and mailed to the following address.
Please be sure to write “Parents’ Day Out” in the memo line.
