Family Float Trip

Join us on Saturday, August 3 at 10:00 a.m. at Bass River Resort in Steelville, MO.  Be sure to pack a lunch and snacks as we won’t be returning until around 5:00 that evening.  Cost is $35 per adult and $15 for children 12 and under with a family max of $100.  If you plan on attending please sign up in the Narthex or contact the church office.

Spend a week playing games and learning more about Jesus' love for you!  Each day a snack will be provided, but please pack a lunch.  Contact the church office with any questions or to register your child.

Dayspring youth are hosting a garage sale. Proceeds will go towards the youth’s pledge to the Generation 2.0 campaign. As you are organizing and tidying up this new year, be sure to save items to donate. Donations can be delivered to the church beginning March 22. Pick-ups can be coordinated as well.

The mission of the Linus Project is to provide love, a sense of security, warmth, and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need, through gifts of new handmade blankets.  Donated supplies are available.

Tai Chi for Balance and Fall Prevention

Tai Chi has been found to help significantly in balance and breathing, and benefits the whole body. You may sit in a chair or stand during these classes. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes. All participants must wear flat soled shoes. The cost is $6 to attend. Anyone from Dayspring and the community are invited to participate.

Spiritual Practices and the Enneagram

Friday, Oct. 12, 6:30-9:00 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 13, 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Mercy Conference and Retreat Center, Kirkwood

Take time away for this workshop-retreat where we will explore the Enneagram, a tool for self-awareness and spiritual growth.  Friday evening will be an exploration of the Triads and our Centers of Thinking, Feeling, and Doing.  Saturday morning will be a discussion of spiritual practices that will complement or challenge people in each of the triads, followed by opportunities to experience some of those spiritual practices.  

Facilitators:  Jessi Fillingham and Krissi Vandagriff, MSW
Cost: $90, this includes continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday.

  2. Print out the registration form and mail with a check.
