Tai Chi for Balance and Fall Prevention

Tai Chi has been found to help significantly in balance and breathing, and benefits the whole body. You may sit in a chair or stand during these classes. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes. All participants must wear flat soled shoes. The cost is $6 to attend. Anyone from Dayspring and the community are invited to participate.
